I cannot communicate on the same network as my home, to Mageia 7 on a laptop that runs Windows 10.
Anyone help me step by step how to achieve it ?!

You may want to add some more details what you mean in particular what you mean by communicate.
Are you trying to mount a network share? How are both boxes connected to the network? Can you ping the respectively other box from each end ?

Install on Mageia-7 SAMBA. RPM package: samba, samba-client, samba-common.
Next steps are to configure samba on Mageia-7 and Win-10.
