[CLOSED] How to setup VPNc ?

Ich have Magaia 7 with XFCE installed on an Asus eee and want to connect to my home-server. My other Laptop runs with Opensuse Leap and can connect to my server. If I use the same parameters/passwords with controlcenter/setup-VPN/cisco I get "network-error". My router AVM 7490 shows no messages of a login-try. I am an experienced user but I don't find any helpful information.

The internet-connection goes via the same smartphone and provider with both laptops and is OK.
BTW: how do I delete VPN-connections?

Changing the network-connection to networkmanager did not create a VPN-connection, too.
But changing the operating system to Linux Mint with XFCE worked. So this help is not longer requested by me ..
