Mageia-7. What rpm package to instalḷ? No network statistic button in net_applet. Place marked in red.

Hi there, you need at least vnstat and net_monitor, those two should be sufficient.

Hi there. I have packages installed, counting selected. vnstat on the console works.
In the Mageia-6 there is a button, and it works.

As far as I can see, this seems to be this issue: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25417 and there are update candidates in core/updates_testing for this.

The vnstat-2.2-1.1.mga7.x86_64.rpm package from the console works OK. The button is still missing. I will wait for updates.

Well if there's no confirmation in the linked bugreport that the update candidates are working as expected, then the updates are not released.

Thank you! Placing a clean file in /var/lib/vnstat with the name enp3s0, caused the button to appear.
