[SOLVED]wifi softblocked after reinstall

hello,
after reinstalling mga6.1 wifi is soft blocked. rfkill unblock releases but only for one power cycle.

iwlwifi : Intel Corporation|Centrino Wireless-N 1000 [Condor Peak]
maybe someone can help?

the reason is that this solution doesn't work this time - although file is successfully created it doesn't unblock wifi

I was not talking about your workaround, but about what I posted in the linked thread.
