[SOLVED] Scanner - Epson Perfecton V600 Photo

This scanner is not supported. It worked in ML2010.2. How can I get it to work? Mageia looks good. I would hate to go back to ML just because of my scanner. Help!!!

It looks as though you may need the proprietary driver from Avasys:

If you do decide to use the proprietary driver, make sure that the Mageia sane-backends-iscan package is not installed.

Thanks. That worked. I did not have the current avasys software installed.
