Under Mageia 7 this printer worked with no problems but under Mageia 8 it fails to print and eventually times out and then it prints a failure message.

System : h6fwsim_snipe/x1_image

VERSION : SPL 5.07 06-27-2006

Note- This message is different every time, it sometime says Internal Error - Incomplete Session by Time Out

I have a Backup Disc of Mageia 7 which works perfectly o/k on the same PC. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

I have had no feedback raised bug, but on trying Cauldron the printer seems to work o/k.

Great then. You could tell on the bug that it Work in cauldron, and maybe someone will get an idea what can be done on mga8

Have updated Bug Report stating that Cauldron works with this Printer

As of today the printer still doesn't work with a fully updated Mageia 8.
