[SOLVED] Samsung SCX4200 scanner not working

I hadn't even posted a problem about this. Solved a problem I didn't even know I had. So maybe it can be just for information. I hope it helps somebody. It might help with other scanners, too I just tried installing my Samsung SCX4200 scanner.
Scanner was recognized intermmitently - more often than not, it wasn't recognized at all. And when it was, it did everything but actually scan.

The solution was to update all the SANE related files to the latest version (1.0.25) from the Cauldron repository. Even though they have mga6 in the filenames.

Works perfectly now.
