After installing a few times and trying different desktop environments, I can't get the text to properly display in menus and some buttons. I have included some samples:
This problem gets really bad in Firefox. Not only the menu bar and menus are partially blank, but the web pages do not display properly either.
I've tried changing fonts, themes, KDE, Gnome, etc. to no avail. Has anyone seen something like this before? I've searched for a couple of days with no answer.

I had this problem when moving from Mga-2 to Mga-3.

Unit had an older all-in-one mobo and I had to install an AGP graphics card to fix. [ msi km4m-v mobo ]
On a similar aged unit but different mobo there was no problem.[ msi km400 mobo ]
