Precompiled Nvidia binary?

Does a precompiled Nvidia Binary exist?
I am used to running kdesu nvidia-settings to get my dual monitors set up.

I have run the video set up from MCC but I see no nvidia-settings when I try and run it.
I set them for individual view but only twinview works and is available from MCC and KDE desktop settings doesn't see I have two monitors either.
Does this not exist and do I have to make my own?
This pretty much is a show stopper here as far as running Mageia goes.

I see no nvidia-settings

In short, "Set up the graphical server" from MCC, let it install the proprietary driver and at the "Options" choose "Enable duplicate display on the second monitor" and reboot.
After reboot you'll find nvidia-settings in Menu>>Tools>>System Tools>>NVIDIA-Display Settings, from where you can configure your monitors.
