nvidia how-to?

I need to know how to install nvidia driver & flashplayer.
Can someone please link me to info; I can't seem to find any.

the nvidia driver and probably flash as opposed to the nouveu driver is in the tainted repo
so add the tained repositry to your software channels, in MCC software.
for flash just select in in add software
for nvidia , i personaly would go into graphics, change nothing but apply, and it will usualy pop up and say there is a proprientry graphics driver for your graphics card do you want to install it.
So thats how it should work, but read the various people on this forum who have been having issues with this, before proceeding and check the errata. so you are aware of any issues

@digigold: That's quite offensive by itself, could be easily misinterpreted, and otherwise the post is not constructive and doesn't even offer any help.
