The graphic server on my computer stopped working, only black screen. I managed to get it working once more, (changing to controller VESA) however the text on the desktop and menu are glitching now.

Hm. Never seen that effect before.

Mageia 8 Plasma, right?

Is it fully updated?

Which GPU?

lspcidrake only lists your hardware, it does not change or fix anything ...
