O.S: Mageia 6
Problem: I have downgraded the kernel from 4.14.137 to 4.14.10 and now I have garbage screen , nothing is working except ssh

Hi there, you might want to add some context information and some more details.

Why did you downgrade the kernel in the first place, what was the reason for that?

What graphics card/driver are you using? Did you try temporarily switching to a different driver like vesa or something like that?
See e.g. https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Setup_the_graphical_server but you can also temporarily override that with kernel boot options like e.g. xdriver=vesa as explained in https://wiki.mageia.org/en/How_to_set_up_kernel_options

What do you mean by "nothing is working" - do you only mean the graphical display?

Thank you for the reply

My card is: VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Device 3e98
I have the original kernel, if I select to boot from it; it works fine
I downgraded to have kernel before the fix of Meltdown and Spectre bugs.
I just have one screen while loading Mageia with garbage on it , I can't by pass it or press anything
