My mageia works very very well but i have a strange problem only on desktop icons:there is a strange shadow on my desktop icons....
But i don't understand the reason!

ive seen this before, long time ago.

while i cant remember the specifics, i can point you in the right direction

the acceleration options in the Xorg.conf

Section "Module"
Load "glx"
EndSection

if i remember rightly there are some choices that can be made here in what to use.

and in my case i saw this if i picked a particular module.
