ATI Radeon HD 5730 - fan runs at full speed

Hello to everyone. Please tell me how to cope with this problem. I have the ASUS N61Ja. After installation mageia 4 faced with the problem of the video card. When the computer starts, the cooler is spinning at full capacity. Installing proprietary drivers solved nothing, and just ruined while downloading a black screen. When you type the command
Code: Select all
lspci | grep -E "VGA|3D"
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Madison [Mobility Radeon HD 5730 / 6570M]
Help to set up a cooler and a video card that work was more optimal.
P.S. on Nvidia has bumblebee which solves a similar problem.

As it's a laptop I doubt it's the video card.
I suspect that your CPU(s) are set to "Performance" rather than "On Demand" or "Power Save" and most laptops will overheat if run that way.

Unfortunately I can't remember where you set CPU power management policies but when/if I remember I'll post here.
