Mobile Intel 965 video chipset problem

I have from time to time problem with my Lenovo N3000 laptop equipped with Mobile Intel 965 video chipset.
Sometimes screen goes to black and restart is necessary. I tested it on Samsung laptop too (equipped with the same chip) and result is the same.
Under Ubuntu 12.04 LTS, my Lenovo works without problems. Does anybody has similar problem?

Screen goes black ... during normal operation, from screensaver or from power management ... ?

During normal operation, for example WEB browsing.

And there's nothing in the logs at that time? After reboot, nothing in journalctl -b-1 output, /var/log/Xorg.9.log or ~/.xsession-errors ?

Sorry that I am late but finally I catch the situation. Here results of crash rapport from logs You wrote about:

That is - nothing.

cat: /var/log/Xorg.9.log: Nie ma takiego pliku ani katalogu

That means - No such file or directory

xsession-errors in attached file. Laptop after several seconds shutdown itself.
As I wrote, my wife`s laptop is based on Mobile Intel 965 video chipset. I try to reproduce crash on my NVIDIA based PC but it works properly on my machine.

Way to reproduce:

Run Firefox and go to URL: https://icok.cyfrowypolsat.pl/logowanie.cp (sorry it is in Polish)
that click on "Program TV". Than click on "zmień kanał" (zmien kanal), blue letters on any TV channel program list. Additional window will be display and in this moment, black screen occurs on my wife`s laptop.
