VIDEO CARD PROBLEM

My graphics card is ATI Mobility randeon HD545V.I choose vesa drive,the mageia2 can start,but the computer is too hot and it has the wrong resolution.so i choose the other driver for randeon.The computer shut down and can not start.I have to reinstall mageia2.which video card driver should I choose?

First, some general remarks: Please use meaningful thread titles, if you post in the video subforum it's obvious that you have a video problem. Also you shouldn't use upper case-only, as this is regarded as shouting/screaming, which doesn't improve your chances of being helped. A more appropriate title would have been "ATI Mobility radeon wrong driver/overheating" or something like that.

Now, about your issue:
How did you measure the temperature or that your computer is too hot? What does too hot mean exactly?
Also you mentioned you chose the other driver, that would be which driver exactly? Also what do you mean by "computer shut down and can not start"? Where there any error messages, and did the computer shut down by itself?
