Hi i have just been looking at Mageia again and have decided to use it as my main desktop. I have a 32 bit machine that i will be replacing soon but will use the 32 bit version for now.

I did use Mageia many years ago when i first started using linux. I preferred the Debian derivatives and stayed with them... now i am not so keen. I've decided on an independent distro and chose Mageia. Recently i have been doing some distro research and have become keen on the rpm distros.

I used to belong to this forum as user 'jessejazza' but i couldn't remember the password or what email i used then. If a moderator could contact me i can give several old emails and maybe they can set me up again with my old user name.

Hi there,
there's nothing us forum moderators or admins can do about the user account as that is your Mageia.Org account.
Have a look at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia.org_u ... il_mean.3F - this can only be done by one of the sysadmins.
