Suggestion: Un-"sticky" threads when it becomes appropriate.

Just a friendly suggestion. Some of the stickied threads appear to have outlived their usefulness. I suggest that an occasional housekeeping include removing the sticky from threads that no longer deserve that top of the forum status. I'm not suggesting they be removed. Just let them start floating down like a normal thread after they become less timely and relevant. Nothing like starting to read a top of the forum thread and then noticing the latest post is from several years ago.

Regularly i go through this items and reorganize where appropriate.
You are right, some time has gone since the last cleaning-action.

Thank you for making me aware, it is scheduled for operation soon.

Do you mean sticky threads, or (global) announcements which are shown in most subforums at the top above the normal forum threads?

Please also feel free to post some example links, as there's no easy way to show all sticky threads.

As an example, the "Mageia 3 final set of isos" stickied thread in the Cauldron subforum.

Ok, changed it. If I find some time, will go through the other forums and hunt for some older threads.
Usually I regularly unsticky them as I see old ones, but I don't go through every subforum.
