New users create links limit

Might be an idea to limit new users under a certain amount of posts to be able to link.

Might help stop the 1 post spam posts.

For what it's worth that company is a repeat offender.
They've registered and had their registration deleted a hundred or more times.

I see no reason to hobble legitimate users because of a few bad apples.
