Mageia forum

The section name "Community forums" is a bit misleading. Some people may think these links are leading to other Mageia forums while they don't. They are leading to Mandriva user communities - which may or may not hold a Mageia section, or which may or may not start their own Mageia forum in the future.
We can not address such communities as what they are not.

I suggest to
- rename this section in some way like "Communities supporting Mageia" or alike
- placing real Mageia communities in the header of the forum
