[solved] Log In Password

I tried changing the login password just after registering. The user control panel accepts my new password, but login only works with my old password.

The login data are taken from LDAP - http://identity.mageia.org

As in Mandriva (my.mandriva.com) there is a central registration page (the link I gave). This identity (login, password) will be your entrée to all Mageia services (forums, bugzilla, wiki (the future permanent wiki), etc.
