[SOLVED] Kmail broken in KDE 4.7

Ahh.. the life on the bleeding edge.

I have just updated my system to Cauldron and kmail is now having all sorts of problems talking to my imap server it seems.

The transfer of mail box formats seems to have worked OK, and I can get mail into my top level folder, but note of the sub folders are getting anything at all.

I'm getting errors saying:

IMAP Account: Select failed, server replied: A000194 NO Mailbox does not exist, or must be subscribed to.

Or.. could not make collection errors.

Any ideas please??

Ta.

After much more mucking around, it seems I can receive mail OK. I've got rid of the previous mail cache because every time I checked the mail it told me there were 18K unread messages all in that folder. But.. I can't send mail. It just sits in the out box and won't budge.

I moved all of my config directories in .kde4/share/apps (kmail, kmail2) to .old directories, deleted all of the accounts and folders, and tried to re-add them. Now I only have local folders and the imap account set up, but I still cannot send any mail. This is getting to be a bit urgent now.

The error I now get when I try and send is

There were problems trying to queue the message for sending: Unknown collection.

All working now after a reboot. Seems it wasn't opening the wallet correctly.
