MCC set up boot system (mis)behaviour?

Hi all

I am testing M4b-64.
When attempting to reorder the boot sequence in MCC to a newer kernel, my choice will only move one place, up or down , and then the high-light releases my choice and goes back to the top of the list. I have to re-select my choice again and again and can only move it one place at a time.
Is this correct?
It is definitely different from M1, 2 and 3.
