In Kdenlive 0.8 is missing some important effects frei0r-1.3. The same problem was in Mandriva 2010. But these effects were available in the repository MIB: http://mib.pianetalinux.org/MIB/2010.1/ ... 1.i686.rpm

I tried it myself to compile frei0r. However, after installation, in Kdenlive these effects are not available.

Feel free to post in the report, to bring it to the top of the list, after Mageia 1 is released (say 1-2 weeks after the official release).
