I see that you are still waiting for a reply. But your question gives very little info to go on. And, first of all: with this kind of problem: are your resources updated ? did you try another repository ? (I have no experience with Mageia on netbooks, but maybe that gets replies coming in).

Thoses medias were of course not up to date at least because it was looking for the 1-6 while we're @ 1-8...
& it's still possible that your mirror is lagging (aka the hdlist are up to date but not the files on this one )
Could give the result in a shell of
LC_ALL=C urpmi --auto-update --debug

i discovered the issue here

when i open harddrake then it will suggest to me to install laptop-mode package and if i accept its suggestion

then that message which i showed it to you will appear and if i accept it

then the problem will vanished

but guess what happened after i accept it

some of KDE softwares were removed for e.g. KONSOLE

so i reinstall KONSOLE and the whole or may be some of those removed KDE softwares returned

and while i reinstall KONSOLE , URPMI suggest to remove laptop- mode package so as we know before i agreed with it

and i returned to the first point , PLUS i got this suggestion from URPMI after those (( install / reinstall / remove )) things

You did not read what i wrote.
As i said initially the first pic you past was talking about the 1-6 which was out dated already when *i* wrote,
after you past a new screenshot talking about 1-8 but as i said it was still possible to have a hdlist up to dated while the mirror might be not in synch regarding packages...

could you fill a bug against harddrake ?
It should not suggest laptop-mode package anymore
this package is conflicting with pm-utils which is a require for KDE, so installing laptop-mode-tools will remove pm-utils & then a lot of KDE related packages.

I did a fresh installation yesterday, I opened harddrake, no such problem here. No package laptop-mode installed.
Also in my older installations I did never see such a message about mageia-kde4-config-common, neither with 1.6 nor with 1.8

mikala is right; next meta-task package should fix the issue (there's a freeze push request on the -dev ML).
