[SOLVED] RPM : Selection of kernel

Postby pmithrandir » Mar 22nd, '12, 21:35

Hello.

Do you have issue today to update the kernel ?

It's giving me 10 choices, and when I choose the kernel desktop, the software ask the same question with the 9th others.

I can't update anymore my computer.

Pierre

ati/amd-firmware wanted all the kernels. If you don't need it (nvidia card or others), delete it, and the update works without any problems ...
Now after my words of profound wisdom, I'm going back to procrastinating.

Hint: That's not really visible, IMHO. Better use bold markup ...

Edit: changed as suggested, thanks for advice ;)
