Mageia 2: Alpha 3 Install Hangs

hello, when i try to install the alpha 3 32 bit everything starts out good until it trys to install it starts out at 1:42 then after like 20 minutes after saying i have a hour and 43 mins left it speeds up to 25 mins left and then when it gets to 5 mins left the install hangs..i installed mageia 1 32 bit on this same computer in under 20 mins no problems.. i also burned the alpha 2 32 bit iso at the slowest speed still no luck.

And I thought I had a dirty DVD! Third time, installation proceeded to normal conclusion.

Many, many, many thanks for confirming this.
I have tried every way I can to install:

Mageia-2-alpha3-i586-DVD.iso

and continue to get a hang. Three different
platforms now. The slowest, a Via processor,
hangs at 11min, my regular test platform
an Intel, P4 530J 3.0 GHz hangs at 6min
and my i7 Vbox hangs at 2min. I kept thinking
it was me doing something wrong.

FWIW the 64-bit:

Mageia-2-alpha3-x86_64-DVD.iso

does in fact install but for some reason
does not recognize a USB Keyboard/Mouse.
But it does install nicely, and run, in Vbox.

This was make'n me crazy. I'm wait'n for
the Live-CD's for further testing. Hopefully
they will install.
