Does this need a bug report?

Installation failed: file /usr/share/applications/kde-mimeapps.list from install of shared-mime-info-2.2-3.mga9.x86_64 conflicts with file from package mageia-kde4-config-common-5-0.20150505.12.mga9.noarch

Why not checking bugreports first?

Cauldron is the developing version, breakages are normal.
So those running Cauldron benefit on keeping an eye on bug reports, and also dev mailing list.
(And also QA mail list in times like these when Cauldron is tested to become next release.)
And hold off updating if it at the moment is known broken
