Mageia 7 - set locale

I am running Xfce and try to use the Control Centre to set localization to Norway while still using English. Unfortunately Norway seems to be missing from the list of countries (also from Other countries). So if you are from Norway you can not use English menus and set localization to Norway (Denmark is included)?
Another bug in the RC?

A very old bug (some argue a feature) inherited from Mandriva/Mandrake. localedrake only lets you select from locales already installed on your system.See https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=460

Thanks Martin,
I used urpmi locales-no to install Norwegian language and could now select Norwegian language in the Control Center, and then set Norway(Norge) as country, but still I couldn't select English as language and Norway as country (it does show up under Other countries).
