freeswitch file conflict

I am a novice trying to do a screen recording. Someone said that I should do this using the H.264 video format.

But Simple Screen Recorder shows that I have not installed that codec. I tried to install H.264 ( freeswitch H.264 ?? ) in RPMdragora, and the
installation failed due to a conflict.

Code: Select all
1 installation transactions failed    There was a problem during the installation:
file /usr/bin/fs_cli conflicts between attempted installs of freeswitch-1:1.4.20-1.mga6.x86_64 and freeswitch-cli-1:1.4.20-1.mga6.x86_64

The file conflict is a bug that should be reported and needs to be fixed by a packager. Please report that as a bug, after searching if it hasn't been reported yet already: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/How_to_report_a_bug_properly
For completeness's sake and also to allow others to follow up on that bug report, please also post the link to it here in the thread, thanks.

In the meantime, just use a different screencast tool, it does not matter if it's H.264 or any other codec, as long as it works, right?

I filed a bugzilla report. # 19562, I think. I labelled it "freeswitch," not knowing what that is.
