Mandriva has an article saying that cooker can be installed on another partition of the same drive using chroot. Can Mageia also be installed on another partition using chroot?

Can you please provide a link to that Mandriva article?
I don't know if that is helping you:
I installed mageia in another physical hard disk, without any problems (except grub with the graphical menu).
