Well, doesn't seem so. And they're not called alpha anymore.
You can follow the QA list for details on what's being tested internally and if you like to contribute https://ml.mageia.org/wwsympa-wrapper.f ... qa-discuss
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!
Caution: Hot, bubbling magic inside. May explode or cook your kittens!

It seems that https://ml.mageia.org/wwsympa-wrapper.fcgi/info/qa-discuss it quite empty. Is it the correct link?
And https://wiki.mageia.org/en/FeatureMageia6_Review is also empty. Has Cauldron development started?

Development is ongoing, it never really stops.
Preparations are under-way for Mageia 6 (pre)release.

If you are willing , join QA as a pre-release .iso tester: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/QA_Team has the details,
as the more hardware the pre-release is tested on, the better the final Mageia

On the mailing list site, you need to click on archive on the left.
As for the feature list, I'm not sure if anything is set in stone currently. The first testing ISO's have been a bit of a challenge from what I've read/tested.
