Cinnamon Power Settings

Postby coaxguy99 » May 2nd, '25, 23:45

The Cinnamon power settings aren't working after the latest update. That includes the battery charging indicator. I believe this is all related to the the task-cinnamon-minimal 6.4 packaged being incomplete.

At this point, things I am aware of that aren't working include:

Cinnamon sound settings
Cinnamon mouse and taskbar settings
and now the power settings

I'm keeping an eye out for updates. Hoping the packager can get the missing pieces to the task-cinnamon added soon.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Apparently after the massive power grid failure in Spain and France a lot of the mirrors are not syncing properly.

Have a look here:

That's not a mirror issue, for some of the cinnamon packages the update to 6.4 release is still pending by the maintainer, so it seems.
