Please post the output of

And which video/audio codec are used in that MP4 file? Could you try to play it with mplayer
from a terminal and post the output here? Also i wouldn't use Totem, but that's my personal opinion.
i'm using VLC player for everything, as it doesn't need additional "codecs".

I'd like to know why this post is in "general discussions about mageia" ?

My thought : Either it's a bug met on mageia 1 and it needs to go in support area or it's only in cauldron and have to go in Cauldron area...
