Chromium 110 losing passwords

Postby lloyd » Apr 21st, '23, 21:57

Has anyone ever had Chromium v110 (and possibly other versions) lose their saved passwords? I have had this happen to me several times now. (fortunately, I have them backed up on USB)

This seems to be kind of random...should I file a bug report?

Thank you.

Why wouldn't I be using Chromium? The exact version is 110.0.5481.177-1.mga9. I can't find a newer version

Another case of incomplete informations...you didn't say which MGA version you are using...
In MGA8 chromium 111 is available in core-updates (and a newer 111 in core-updates_testing) and in cauldron chromium 111 is available in core-updates_testing. And as cauldron user you should already have heard about the tainted topic...

Sorry. I am using Mageia 9 beta 1. I do not use anything in the testing or debug repositories. I do use the tainted ones. The version I mentioned shows as an update for Mageia 9. I think the website you provided may have the answer to my problem.
