cauldron mcc ask to install syslog-deamon.That doesn't work

hello,
I just update from mga5 to cauldron. Now each time I run mcc it complain from the lack of syslog-daemon and ask if I want to install the package.
Answering yes, it effectively install the package.
running mcc later and it still ask for syslog-daemon.

I tried to manually install syslog-daemon. it ask to remove rsyslog manage with no error.
Strange anyway because I can reinstall mediately.
