All my windows go to full screen on Mageia and they wont reduce to small

What desktop environment do you use? Maybe GNOME? And do you use cauldron?
Cauldron is not for the faint of heart!

I have Cauldron and Plasma 5 , Mate without this issue here.
What are your GPU, driver and kernel version when you that issue?

GPU is Graphics: Card: Intel Xeon E3-1200 v3/4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller
