perl-urpm update will not install

Hi all

today when attempting to update [ via gui ] I get the following :

perl urpm fatal error.png (30.3 KiB) Viewed 1003 times

and then :

" Sorry, the following package cannot be selected:

- perl-URPM-4.29-1.mga4.x86_64. "

the auto update then repeatedly pops up and advises that new updates are available for your system
Has anyone else met this? ...and

If a bug should I report it?

What does urpmi --auto-update say and which mirror do you use?

urpmi --auto-update gave the same response :

" installing perl-URPM-4.29-1.mga4.x86_64.rpm from /var/cache/urpmi/rpms
Usage: URPM::Transaction::order(trans) at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.18.1/urpm/install.pm li ".

I used the default one which has not given any problems up to the above update, and have since also added a specific mirror : http://mirror.decentec.com/mageia/distr ... ron/x86_64.
and retried. It too fails.
I now have two updates which wont :
