I don't know whom to credit, could be the kernel updates did the trick, but after a long hiatus the UPEK fingerprint readers on my X200T and X300 just started working again!
The are very convienient, now if there was just app integration...
Sadly thr kdm plugin is still nonfuntional.
(off too see if there is a bug already)
