Pls give some more information:
Which driver are you talking about, there are several drivers out there.
Which card?
Which Mageia version?
Why can't you use it, what are the problems?

Did you read the errata page at https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Mageia_2_Errata ?

Again:
What kind of Mageia are you using, LiveCD or installed from the installation DVD?
How did you try to install the proprietary driver? Did you use the Mageia Controll Center?

295.40 has some serious issues which affect GeForce 6xxx to 8xxx cards (reported for example here and there). You can either use the nouveau driver (which did not work very well on my system with GeForce 7050 onboard graphics) or you can upgrade to driver version 295.49 which is now available in the Mageia Cauldron nonfree repository. This one works very well with GeForce 6xxx to 8xxx cards.

According to the sentence "There is no driver for kernel" I rather think it's an issue with installation of the driver. So pls answer the question.

The usual way:
- activate the non-free repository
- open MCC -> Hardware -> Configure Graphic Server
- click on the top bar with the name of your graphic chip, you will be asked about a proprietary driver, say "Yes".
- all necessary packages will be installed and the module for the kernel will be built.
At the end you will be asked to restart.
