E-mail sending failed

I wanted to send a message to the QA Mailing list qa-discuss <qa-discuss@ml.mageia.org> and get a message:

"Mailbox unavailable. The server said: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable." What's the matter?
I see that others send messages successfully, and I can login into the web application and see my subscriptions.
