I'm quite new in the Mageia community (though my first serious Linux experience started with Mandriva nearly ten years ago )

No, you can just write in the wiki, that's what it's made for

You might want to configure MySql with the mysql_secure_installation option - Think I missed that in the HowTo.
It is nice though!

It takes about 5 min (I just checked) to set up a Mageia lamp server with a fully functional phpmyadmin - that is impressive (with task-lamp-php).
