Way better. My e17 themes, are the most comprehensive themes in the world .
When themes are finished, they are sent to "trem", and puts them in the repos.

Damn this reminds me of sending "trem", the last two themes I have made.

Well, actually atelier team should be able to give you that info. Or you may want to discuss this with Colin Guthrie,
he is currently the maintainer for the package sound-theme-freedesktop where your sound theme could be included.
Or probably a new package should be created for your theme.

@Agust: Probably the question was more: do your themes include sounds?

@oeai: But anyways, as the e17 themes are quite different (one big binary file contains the whole theme,
and it is easy to integrate/add into existing e17 theme packages) so knowing how it is done exactly for e17
probably won't help you further.
But the general process is the same: The theme/artwork designer sends his theme to the maintainer of the package/program
in question and the maintainer integrates it. I did that previously for e17, now Trem is doing that job, that's why i know this process ...
