After having problem with my first try .
Now I'm a happy man with a succesfull upgrade.
I used the applet that apear in the activity panel

Även för de två system jag uppgraderat på det viset här så här har det funkat, förutom att den inte ville ladda ner allt först i den mappen som jag angav (rapporterat)
