[SOLVED] thunderbird-17.0.9-1.mga3 DAILY?

Postby artificeprime » Sep 20th, '13, 23:06

From the regular updates on 19 September with thunderbird-17.0.9-1.mga3.*. Does this look wonky to anyone else? What happened to Thunderbird ESR?

It still is the ESR version, you can also have a look at the SPEC where the source comes from: http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/updat ... iew=markup
So you might want to ask that upstream at Mozilla: https://mail.mozilla.org/listinfo/tb-enterprise
EDIT: I've sent a mail to upstream about this.

But it seems we soon need to switch to 24.x : https://mail.mozilla.org/pipermail/tb-e ... 00842.html

Okay. Perhaps upstream applied the wrong artwork in this case. Hopefully they reply to your message with a simple explanation. I know you're super busy, so thanks for taking time to look into the matter.

Okay, the issue has been sorted. I thought that welcome page was stored locally within Thunderbird and didn't realize it was being downloaded live off Mozilla's servers. Marking as 'solved'.
