Ah, so after you registered there you never looked back at the wiki to read all the information, team building, meeting logs, translation workflow?
Ok, for a start please go to this page: http://mageia.org/wiki/doku.php?id=translators and catch-up on the most important stuff.
Subscribe to the general i18n mailing list and contact the leader of the Portuguese language team.

Thx for joining us!

He can't.

Since you left out some steps...
As I wrote on that page:
"in the following order"

Since I didn't get any mail from you on the ml, I couldn't request you being added to the i18n group and thus, you can't login into Tx.

Did you manage to join the i18n-pt_BR team?

I saw your mail on the i18n ML, and that's a good point you follow it, for its our main medium of internal communication.
Though, I don't see your name in the Portugueuse Brazilian team page on Tx. Maybe you could directly send an e-mail to this team's coordinator (ajunior) to ask him to add you to the team.

Please don't use transifex as it's severely broken for more than one year. We're currently waiting for some new online i18n system. Most likely pootle. For more info about that please read our meeting minutes and wiki. Until then only svn remains as reliable method for check-in and commit of po files.
