NOTICE: BlogDrake's Repository Key Update

The key with which we currently sign packages in the repository will no longer be supported by mageia 10, when it is released.

To get a head start, the key has been updated and all mageia 9 packages have been signed with the new key.

For those who use urpmi there are actions that we have to perform, in a terminal as root
Code: Select all
urpmi.removemedia BDK-Free-x86_64 BDK-Free-noarch BDK-NonFree-x86_64
rpm -e gpg-pubkey-2d9835d8-4fc55cd4
urpmi.addmedia --distrib https://ftp.blogdrake.net/mageia/mageia9/x86_64

For 32bit systems, replace x86_64 by i586 in the above commands

Errata: The second command had an extra “-”.

Does this affect DNF? In my bdk.repo file I have `gpgkey=https://ftp.blogdrake.net/mageia/$releasever/$basearch/media/media_info/pubkey`. Does that have to change?

BTW, when I decided to share various RPMs I build, BlogDrake was my first choice (even though I'm far from fluent in Spanish) but when I couldn't join the mailing list, I created a COPR, though I'm sure I reach far fewer Mageia users that way (they've disabled building for OpenMandriva due to builds not working, but some of my older builds are still available for OpenMandriva). I just don't know if you guys are aware that the links to join the mailing list are broken (maybe that's intentional).
