Hi there, not sure if I understand you correctly. Are you talking about the articles at https://blog.mageia.org/en/ to translate them for https://blog.mageia.org/ru/ ?
You may want to ask our translation mailing list https://ml.mageia.org/l/info/i18n-discuss on how to obtain credentials for the blog to publish articles.
Or maybe ask one of the other russian team members, as someone already translated e.g. the recent beta2 blog post: https://wiki.mageia.org/en/I18n_teams#Russian

You got it right. I'm trying the options you suggested. I will inform you about the result later.

I've found https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Internationalisation_Team_(i18n)#Blog_translation but this basically also only says to ask some of the existing team members.

Somebody from the documentation team also meantioned that Yuri should know how the blog translation process works, maybe ask him directly or via the i18n-discuss mailing list?

Can you ask yourself? Or tell me where and how to see his contacts.

Not sure I really understood your last question. If you're asking for his mail adress, it's listed on the wiki page
Yuri Chornoivan (yurchor) - yurchor AT ukr DOT net
obviously you have to replace AT with @ and DOT with a . which is done for spam protection. Does that help ?
