"urpmi" (or better "urpm*") is a tool for software management (installing, updating, queries, etc.), available in Mandriva Linux and Mageia.
"EasyUrpmi" is a web page to configure your software management (adding repositories) for Mandriva Linux. It is not made for Mageia.
