Sorry but I haven't found Timidity deamon yet in Mageia. Totem has plugin to play midi but I cannot hear nothing. There was a package with timidity daemon in Mandriva. All I have to do is open a .mid file in a standalone Timidity++ application.
Where do I have to search that package to enable the daemon in background? Or do I forget it?
